BRISBANE CITY
PROGRAMME 2026

Vault Games / community model

Put the question in the room.

Our community programme connects players, venues and local groups through small, well-scoped sessions about how games work and why people remember them.

Plan a session

Not a sponsorship package

A programme built around participation.

Vault Games Brisbane City can host or support a conversation, workshop or reading route. The aim is not to turn a gathering into a sales pitch. This page does not offer a fixed paid package, sponsorship placement or purchase flow; practical arrangements are discussed before a session is agreed. We set a clear topic, make room for different levels of experience and leave participants with a practical way to continue the conversation.

Choose a format

Three ways to gather.

60 MIN

Mechanics table

A guided look at one system, with examples and prompts for comparing what players notice.

  • 6-12 participants
  • Beginner friendly
  • Bring a question, not a score
90 MIN

Archive night

A themed evening connecting a classic release to the design ideas and community memories around it.

  • 8-24 participants
  • Talk plus discussion
  • Optional display table
HALF DAY

Local play lab

A collaborative workshop for a school, club or community group that wants to investigate a game through making and playing.

  • 10-30 participants
  • Facilitated activities
  • Adaptable access needs

The simple route

Bring the subject. We will shape the session.

  1. Tell us who is coming and what they already know.
  2. Name the game or theme and the question behind it.
  3. Choose a room and rhythm that suits the group.
  4. Review the plan and make access needs visible before the day.
